They will also discuss a new report encouraging the Ukrainian government to maintain reform momentum for the country’s path towards EU membership. A vote on the latter report will take place on Tuesday.
Gaza at breaking point. On Tuesday morning, MEPs and EU diplomacy chief Kaja Kallas will discuss the EU response to the famine in Gaza and the need to release hostages and move towards a two-state solution. A resolution will be put to a vote by MEPs on Thursday.

On Thursday, they will discuss how to provide adequate housing and health policies to help people cope with the record-breaking temperatures.
President’s diary. On Tuesday, EP President Roberta Metsola will meet Moldovan President Maia Sandu ahead of her plenary address. On Wednesday, President Metsola will chair the State of the Union debate. On Friday, she will meet with US Energy Secretary, Chris Wright.
