Main activities / purpose of commission:
The CTIF Airports Commission mission is to encourage and facilitate the sharing of best practice in aviation fire fighting, to recognise and participate in research and development and new technologie, to promote the sharing of best practice in training, equipment and vehicles. The aim is to ensure and improve the safety of passengers, crew and staff.
Way of work:
Board with four members and communication by e-mails, skype, whatsapp.
Way of communication:
One annual meeting with our member serving as hosts. Working on projects and information via e-mail and web page.
Products of the Commission:
The Airport Commission shared lessons learnt and knowledge from the member countries and associated members, influence ICAO and EASA and discussed best practices.
