Bliksund The Netherlands B.V.

Bliksund. Digital tools for emergency services, built by people who have done the job.

Bliksund is a European software company serving fire and rescue, ambulance, police and defence organisations, with customers in more than 30 countries. Our team includes serving and former firefighters, paramedics, nurses and defence personnel, so the tools are shaped by people who know what a call-out feels like at three in the morning. We deliver four products. Each solves one problem for the people on the ground.

Crash Recovery System (CRS): everything about the vehicle in front of you, before you touch it
A crew arrives at a crash and does not know the car. CRS identifies the exact vehicle from the registration plate or VIN and puts one interactive rescue sheet in front of them with everything they need: high-voltage battery location, airbags and pyrotechnics, deactivation
steps, body structure and safe cutting points. Coverage spans 3392 models from 106 manufacturers, including alternative-fuel vehicles, and is updated as new models reach the road. In the Netherlands, CRS was used in 93 percent of alternative-fuel vehicle fire
incidents recorded by NIPV in 2025.

IncidentShare: see the scene before you are there
A caller describes an incident they can barely take in, and the dispatcher has to decide from words alone. IncidentShare sends a link to the caller's phone, no app needed, and the
dispatcher sees the scene while the response is still being decided: what to send, how many, how urgently. On scene, commanders face the reverse problem: the people who need to see the incident are not there yet. IncidentShare brings in streams from drones, body-worn and
vehicle cameras and shares them with duty officers, specialists or neighbouring services. One picture, shared securely, with the sender deciding who joins and for how long.

GRID: know the station is ready before the next call
Every shift starts with the same questions. Who is on duty, what are they trained for, has the equipment been checked, where is the procedure. GRID answers them in one system
instead of spreadsheets, paper and memory, and records what happened afterwards: shift reports, incident reports, exposure logs. Crews work from one logbook. Officers see the
state of the whole service at a glance.

EWA (Emergency Worker Assistant):

The hospital knows before the ambulance arrives. An ambulance crew treats a patient on the way in, and the emergency department finds out what was done when the trolley comes through the door. No pen and paper anymore. EWA
is the digital patient record for prehospital crews: observations, treatment and medication are documented at the scene and reach the receiving hospital in real time, so the handover has
started before the ambulance arrives.
