The number of missing people is also rising, and is allegedly now at 36 people.

On Sunday, workers and volunteers in the Mexican resort of Acapulco cleared streets filled with debris from the hurricane.

Winds peaked at 73.8 meters per second / 165 mph when Otis made landfall in Acapulco on Wednesday, however the hurricane later weakened.
