For two days the annual meeting of the CTIF International Competition Commission was held in Linz, Austria.

On the first day of the seminar, the competition regulations were theoretically discussed, and certain
innovations related to both exercises were discussed, both for the firefighter competition and the youth firefighter competition.
On the second day, all seminar participants completed the practical part of the seminar, during which each judge had to judge all roles in the execution of the exercise and in the relay
races.
120 CTIF Fire Judges from 15 countries at the Seminar in Linz
Two different seminars were held at the same time, namely a seminar for fire judges who will judge at the
fire competition, and a seminar for fire judges who will judge at the youth fire competition.
Around 120 fire judges from around 15 countries attended both seminars.
22 participants from 11 countries were present for the Competitions Commission Meeting.
The seminar was led by Eduard Kammerer, international director of firefighter competitions, and his
deputies Ludwig Laut and Hubert Silgoner for the firefighter competition, and by Michael Wagner,
international director of the youth firefighter competition, and Jörn Hendrik Kuinke, head of the CTIF
youth firefighter commission.
At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates of completion of the training.
