Reminder:

Mikko Saastamoinen & Taina Hanhikoski, from the Finnish National Committee, have made already the necessary reservations for the CTIF WINTER meeting in Lapland in February 2021. As told during the Commission’s meeting in Germany, we have to prepare this exciting trip very well and fix our staying and the program already now!
17 rooms are booked and also a conference room.
The meeting will take place in the town called Kittilä, In the heart of Lapland, from the 8th-until the 12th of February 2021! There’s an international airport in 15 minutes from hotel. Transport to the hotel will be arranged.
By the end of October, for some reasons as such in case of COVID restrictions, we have to decide if we are arranging this meeting or not. Then we have to confirm all plans or cancel everything.
We can cancel everything- free of charge. If we do it later- there will be costs.
So, dear friends, deadline will be our virtual meeting to decide if you are participating or not.
I will send a registration form to confirm your participation in the coming days.
Please check your availability, but also ask for permission via your National Committee!
Kind regards,
Maj. Tom Van Esbroeck
