Delegates Assembly 2019 will be held at Hotel Vatel - here is how you find it

Unfortunately, due to the CTIF Games and an ongoing wine festival in the Martigny region, many Delegates have been placed in other hotels in or around Martigny. This is how you will find the Hotel Vatel for the Gala Dinner and the Delegates Assembly:

For Delegates staying far away from Hotel Vatel, the Executive is working on a transport solution, however, currently the only option for those staying far away is taxi or hitching a ride with others who are driving to the event. We apologize for the confusing situation.

The hotel is about a 8-10 minutes walk from the train station in the centre of Martigny. Of course you can also take a taxi, but cars will have to take a less direct route and the walk is quite brief if you are staying in the center.

From the train station pedestrian tunnel under the tracks, walk towards the Parque, NOT towards the center of town. Right away when you exit the tunnel, turn right on the paved pedestrian path. Follow the path for perhaps 500 - 800 meters. There will be a school on your left, and then some private homes, also on the left.

You will see the hotel 45 degrees to your left in front of you: it is a large grey building with a red roof. Before Hotel Vatel, there will be a slightly smaller hotel that is dark green. Some National Delegates will be staying in the green hotel which is very close by. Other hotels could be up to 15 minutes away by car.
