This is where we store general documents which we refer to often and do not have a time limit. We should also store older versions of documents when they change, so that they can be referenced later.
The Responsibilities of individual EC Vice Presidents naturally change over time, and especially at Delegates Assembly when some leave office and other come in. We can chose to only keep the most current list or keep an archive.

Here is where we could really use a student or something organizing photos. It is a big job... Videos also take up a lot of space, and we may not want to store raw video on the server? Need to discuss this with Peter Luznik.
