SiOx Machines AB is a Swedish technology company specialising in high-pressure liquid CO₂ systems for industrial extraction, cleaning and decontamination. 

The company develops and manufactures LCO₂ equipment for the deep decontamination of firefighters’ personal protective equipment (PPE), where liquid CO₂ can penetrate multilayer garments and remove contaminants embedded within the textile structure. 

SiOx combines more than 25 years of experience in CO₂ process and machine development. In addition to equipment manufacturing, SiOx provides technical services and process development for firefighting PPE and other industrial applications.
