Dear CTIF Member,
You are about to register to the CTIF Delegates Assembly 2009 that will take place at the Hotel Atom in Ostrava, Czech Republic, on 23 July 2009.
Please note the deadline for registration : Friday 15 May 2009
and the deadline for payment : Monday 15 June 2009 (Your payment will have to be made as usual by international bank transfer –no online payment-. More information on how to make the bank transfer will be given to you in the email confirming your registration.)

14:00-17:00: Executive Committee meeting
19:00-21:00: festive opening of the competitions
21:00: festive official dinner for VIP participants of the competitions and all participates of the Delegates Assembly (with spouses)

Data protection rights and privacy policy
The data collected on the registration form is aimed for the sole use of CTIF, the CTIF Czech National Committee and the hotel ATOM to manage registrations to the CTIF Delegates Assembly 2009.
CTIF complies with the laws in force about the protection of privacy and individual liberties and is committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected by taking appropriate security measures, and that access to your data is suitably controlled and accessible only by CTIF staff and by the French CTIF National Committee to manage your registration to the CTIF Delegates Assembly 2009.
The personal data collected by means of the registration form to the CTIF Delegates Assembly 2009 will be stored for six months starting from the date you filled in the registration form. After six months, your personal data will be automatically deleted.
In compliance with French Act N°78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Files and Individual Liberties amended by Act No 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, you have the right - on simple request - to freely access, correct, complete, clarify or erase your personal data by sending your request to CTIF either by post at CTIF – 32 rue Bréguet – F-75011 PARIS, France, or by e-mail to
webmaster@ctif.org.
