Fire brigade equipment exhibition

  
On Monday 18 July, the fire brigade equipment exhibition was opened on the premises around the Sports Hall Graberje in Varaždin. Ten exhibitors have presented their cutting edge fire fighting equipment and vehicles. The fire brigade exhibition opening ceremony was organised on the display grounds of the Austrian company Rosenbauer, the co-patron of the Fire Brigade Olympics After the official greeting of the Rosenbauer representative Mr Roland Leittner and the Honorary President of the Croatian Fire Brigades Association Mr Teodor Fricki, the exhibition was officially opened by the Varaždin Vice-Mayor Mr Zlatko Horvat. He wished a pleasant stay in Varaždin to all participants of the CTIF International Fire Brigade Competitions and stated how much the City of Varaždin had devoted itself to the largest fire brigade event in Europe this year. At the exhibition, the leading Croatian and foreign manufacturers of fire brigade and rescue equipment presented their production programmes. Among the vehicles exhibited, the greatest attraction are definitely those fire brigade vehicles enabling the extinction of fires at a height of 53 metres.
