The CTIF Delegates Assembly and Symposium 2008 were brilliantly organised by the CTIF French National Committee, led by the French Fire Fighters Federation and its president Richard Vignon, with the strong support of Alphonse Hartmann, president of the Upper Rhine Fire Fighters Union, and his team, ready to respond to any participant’s query.
